Difference between revisions of "Berzerker Disciple Gorgon"

<br />The [[Spartan Warrior|Spartan]] and [[Myrmidon Warrior|Myrmidon]] armies were able to slow the [[:Category:Gorgon|Gorgon]] onslaught at the cost of thousands of lives.  Angered at their resistance, the Berzerker Disciple was created at the behest of [[Eurayle]].  [[Stheno]] infected a group of [[Disciple of Eurayle|Eurayle's Disciples]] with her venom, transforming them into these vicious warriors.  With the venom of two Gorgon sisters in their veins, their minds become drowned in rage from the conflicting poisons.  They are often sent into the thick of battle as siege weapons, attacking with toxin tipped blades and inhuman strength.  A small squad of Berzerkers can change the outcome of a battle within minutes, ripping even the strongest phalanx or city wall asunder.  Unfortunately, the Berzerkers don't always stop with the enemy and in their confusion often attack their own allies.

<br />Eurayle needed to really convince Stheno to turn any men into a Gorgon.  Eurayle's Disciple army was already suspect in Stheno's mind as Eurayle had her own agenda that very likely clashed with her own.  It is obvious that Eurayle had far reaching plans and wanted a force to achieve these.  The unfortunate flaw in her plan was that the Berzerkers didn't always listen to her, lost as they were in madness and their equally powerful desire to obey Stheno..
