This Spartan Warrior was released as a version 5.5 update to Spartan Warrior with a new paint deco to satisfy demand after the original deco sold through on BossFightShop.com. The base figure and accessory compliment is the same, except for a few key differences:
- Slightly darker skin tone and black hair and beard
- Shield hand grip is the new larger style, able to accommodate larger hands

Historical Documentation:
The fearless Spartan army was the worlds first elite fighting force. Trained in the agoge since childhood, the art of combat was not just an occupation, it was a way of life. These mighty warriors would spend their lives in the service of Sparta forming a "wall of men, instead of bricks". They will defend, to their last breath, their lands and its people from invading armies, including the rampaging Gorgon Horde. Onle a foe this deadly could persuade Sparta to ally themselves with their long time rival, Athens.
Temporal Log:
The Spartan Warriors were a force that had no equal and may not have had any since their time. A true Spartan hero longed for two things in this world, glory upon the battlefield and ultimately, a beautiful death. For the latter, the Gorgon Horde is more than happy to oblige.
