I went into a seriously relaxed guided mindfulness meditation state for about 45 minutes. I wasn't quite sleeping (which is encouraged), but I was pretty zonked. It felt like a toked-up dream where no negative thoughts or worries were allowed to enter my stream of consciousness. I also could not move, but I was completely okay with that.

I have avoided all those who wanted to fill my head with anything that they cannot prove or demonstrate. I would advise that you do the same. It seems that meditation is often attached to religious beliefs and dogma. The insecurity and fear caused by holding a belief that cannot be proved, is often a deep source of 'subconscious' stress in many people's lives.

The more you focus in on any aspect of the time of the life of your person the more detail will be provided until you have actual associated first person memories of the events, entirely detailed and entirely real.

Think of the last time your mind was racing with unstoppable thoughts... Maybe it's like that right now! I know for most people, having constant thoughts is normal. I know what that's like, it was normal for me too a few years ago.

It is never those things that changed. What changed was the idea that this person had of himself or herself. Have you seen the movie The Matrix? When Neo changed his idea of himself, he was able to do the undoable. It is so with everyone.
